Council

Terms of use

Last updated 28 September 2026

By using Council you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

What Council is

Council is a free tool that sends one question to several AI models through your own Puter account and shows their answers side by side, with an optional comparison. It is provided as a personal, non-commercial project.

Your account and costs

You need a Puter account to use Council. All model usage runs on that account and counts against its allowance. Puter sets the allowance, the prices and any limits, and bills you directly if you upgrade. The author of Council does not charge you, cannot see your balance, and cannot refund Puter charges. Estimates shown on the page are approximate. You are also bound by Puter's terms of service and by the usage policies of the AI providers whose models you choose.

AI output

Answers are written by AI models and can be wrong, incomplete, biased or out of date, even when several models agree. The comparison is also written by a model and can misread the answers. Do not rely on anything Council shows as professional advice, including legal, medical, financial or security advice. Check important claims yourself.

Acceptable use

Do not use Council to break the law, to harm others, or to get around the rules of Puter or the model providers. You are responsible for the questions you send and for what you do with the answers.

No warranty

Council is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. It may stop working at any time, for example if Puter or a model provider changes its service. To the fullest extent the law allows, the author is not liable for any loss or damage arising from its use, including costs incurred on your Puter account.

Changes

These terms may change. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continued use means you accept it.
